Coliseum, Rome (2001)

  The Coliseum is Rome's most recognizable symbol, it is regarded by many as the finest example of ancient Roman architecture and engineering. The oval shaped Coliseum was constructed during the reign of Emperor Vespasiano, and completed in 80 AD, taking 10 years to build.
